All orders will be processed and shipped between 1 to 4 working days. Most parcels in the EU will be shipped with DHL or DPD and include a Tracking Number. All orders will be shipped FREE of Charge and Taxes included.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Our carriers are busy and sometimes it happens you might need to pick up a package if you are not home. Please note; shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for the customer.
LOST PACKAGES
Packages might, unfortunately, get lost in transit. So-Dee is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with the products or a full refund. Before we offer a resend or refund, the customer need to follow these steps.
1. First is for you to get in contact with the shipment provider. DHL , DPD, UPS or BPOST. Please find your local phone number online or contact us.
2. Most packages will usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us at info@so-dee.com and we will help to sort it out.
